History Established in 1972. Built in the early 70's, our apartments were fully renovated in 2015 and now include stackable laundry! We also added 18 town homes at the back of the property in 2007, which include laundry rooms and an outdoor deck.

Very Friendly Team.
Since receiving new management (Res Prop), the communication between the leasing office & residents has greatly improved. Christa answers my myriad of emails and questions and always has answers for me if she needs to follow up. Maintenance requests never go unanswered anymore and updates to the property & apts began as soon as new management took over. I also love that everything is able to be handled electronically. Well they have to pay for reviews... And the unnecessary email threats that don’t address the problem is hysterical and reflective of managements incompetence... Get bigger garbage cans, or pay for more frequent pick ups... also be prepared not to take a bath in the middle of the day. :( Dear Residents, Oftentimes, people are quick to leave negative reviews after a bad experience. Very nice property with new management company that cares. They are doing a lot for us and we are appreciative. The office staff is very nice and always takes care of my needs.
