We have lived here for a year. Just signed a new lease. The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff do their utmost best to get the job done. They’re all very friendly and helpful. Is it perfect, for us it is. Thanks Rolling Greens.
Beautiful grounds, clean and well kept apartments, and very friendly staff. Jess gave me a tour and was very informative and helpful!
Loved the townhouse. So much space. Friendly neighbors. Management is really nice , staff here are really professional and the maintenance do the work orders pretty quick.
Please DON'T move here as there is asbestos in the ceilings and walls! It's also not worth the amount of rent they're asking for several reasons.
Wondering about the laundry card where to go to put money on it so I can do laundry
I was going to leave a good review about this complex but I found out today that they are trying to charge me for a carpet replacement which did not need to be replaced. I recorded everything when I moved out and plan on showing management when I can. This complex is nice people are pretty friendly but make sure you document EVERYTHING before you move in/out.
