Rollershield Shutters has been amazing throughout our process, we required BAL-FZ shutters for our new home and Rollershield were our choice of supplier. Big shoutout to Jocelyn in the Sales Team, Jocelyn was very responsive with all of our enquiries and questions we had about spacing and sizing for the build. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service when looking for shutters for their home.
These guys do a fantastic job very thorough & professional company, installers did an outstanding job with no fuss also! Would definitely recommend them.
Rollashield was fantastic from start to finish.
This team were fantastic. Obviously no idea about the shutter world (or fire shutters in my case) and they held my hand all throughout. From the initial conversation to finishing the project they were great. The shutters look perfect. The boys fitting were guns and knew their shit. So can not recommend highly enough
Update- I was contacted by Spencer, the business owner who was extremely courteous, apologetic and took the time to listen and understand what happened. He mentioned that the worker with whom I had the poor experience was new to the role and acknowledges that there needs to be more training of new staff. He personally took note of my requirements and provided me with a quote.
