Update- I was contacted by Spencer, the business owner who was extremely courteous, apologetic and took the time to listen and understand what happened. He mentioned that the worker with whom I had the poor experience was new to the role and acknowledges that there needs to be more training of new staff. I'd give a 0 star if I could. Called to make an enquiry and get a quote and the guy on the other end kept repeating like a parrot "We do a high end, high security application. We're not like others. Hence we are better and we're more expensive." Not the best opening when someone is coming to you with a potential sales opportunity for you. I'd say go elsewhere for better customer service and if you don't want to feel like this company isn't interested to service your needs. I for sure will be doing exactly that.
Very happy with my experience with Tyler and the team. Excellent service and although the shutters were just installed we are very happy with them.
