I appreciate the guys at Rolf's. They serviced my 2006 Cayenne S Porsche back in June and it has been working well ever since. The team was very knowledgeable about my model, answer my questions and concerns. I ama customer for life!!!!
For various logistical reasons, I have had work done on my MB SL 500 at all three of Rolf’s locations. Everything from a simple oil change and loose trim piece to a complete replacement of the hydraulic suspension system with coil overs. No matter the location, no matter the service, each shop was expertly run, period. Rolf’s has friendly service and sent me pictures of issues that they suggested I take care of. No high pressure and very helpful. 1000 times better than taking my car to the dealership for service. I will definitely be coming back!
Rolf's corrected two issues that other (out of state) shops were unable to resolve. They were friendly and low key, just what I needed when I was frustrated with the earlier problems. They're my long term shop.
This group at Rolf’s is great. Responsive, helpful, great communicators and very professional. I wouldn’t take my BMW anywhere else.
