Tommy from the 6th ave location has no business being in customer service. He lacks professionalism and skills. He seems like he doesn't know what he is doing. And he is a HOT HEAD! ROLFS why would you have the guy working with clients. He can't handle situations with out yelling at clients and making them feel uncomfortable. Customer service is horrible at this location. They will yell at you and be confrontational when asked about their sub par work. At this point I would suggest going to the dealership or any other shop. ... read more
I have had my car serviced at Rolfes Fife for a number of years. I have always found the staff, Pete in particular to be very helpful and respectful. My car comes back on budget and repairs done well. They will continue to be the shop I take my car to, I highly recommend
Louie was professional, prompt and thorough in covering costs and insights from inspection. I appreciate the detailed digital overview for addressing current and future preventative maintenance. Overall, was thoroughly impressed and will plan to use them again.
