As usual Louie let me know what day and time to come in and had my service wrapped up in no time..
Great first impression! Just got an older Porsche and wanted it to get a run down. These guess are less than a mile from my work so I dropped it off for an oil change. They were responsive and didn't seem excessive in what they recommended.
I had my scheduled oil change done, along with an air filter. They were courteous and professional, as always. Also, it was $200+ cheaper than the local dealer!
Tommy from the 6th ave location has no business being in customer service. He lacks professionalism and skills. He seems like he doesn't know what he is doing. And he is a HOT HEAD! ROLFS why would you have the guy working with clients. He can't handle situations with out yelling at clients and making them feel uncomfortable. Customer service is horrible at this location. They will yell at you and be confrontational when asked about their sub par work. At this point I would suggest going to the dealership or any other shop. ... read more
