A diamond fell off my ring, had them replace it and after a total of 10 hours the exact diamond fell off again. This time they melted so much gold that it ruined the detailing and design of my beautiful ring. Also, left so many markings on my ring. When I told them this the guy looked and ignored. THEY RUINED MY VERY EXPENSIVE ENGAGEMENT RING!!!
