My son broke his gold chain while on deployment with the USAF. My husband brought it into the shop to have it repaired. The staff told him it would take about 2 weeks. He explained that his son was on military leave and didn’t have that much time. The staff said they would expedite the repair. When I picked up the chain, they told me “ no charge” and thanked me for my son’s service. We appreciate the kind gesture and support so very much. Sincerely the Bracken Family
