I'm happy to see that everyone has had great times at this establishment. I have not been so lucky. Maybe it's my age. I have been lied to by the contacts lady I spoke with. While I was out of town in Florida I ran out of contacts and needed a prescription sent to my fax because I had run out and needed them asap. I was told that I would receive my prescription via fax in the next few minutes and never received it. Smh. Not the only problem I've had. I worked for these two doctors for several years. They were more than ethical; professional, yet personable! I enjoyed my years with them, but had to move to another state. I'm now just a patient. I can only see them every couple of years, but when I do , they are awesome! Even though the staff is professional, they make you feel very welcome. Beth Guerrieri
I'm always ecstatic when it's time for me to get new glasses. I always love the thorough eye exams but I especially love, love me some Sarah Gritt. She's just exceptionally AWESOME at her job. I always pick the wrong frames for my face but she's always brutally honest and tells me NO you can't have those, lol. I am extremely happy with Roland Optics and I will never go anywhere else. Unless Sarah leaves then I will follow.
Outstanding service!! My 6-month supply of contacts was lost in the mail after moving across the country and they sent me a new order right away with no hassle. I am so appreciative and glad I can see :)
They are the nicest staff and after 30 years of service with Drs Weishous and Gottesman I am still proud to call myself a client!
