Deplorable customer service, as a long time customer, I'd expect more than "I don't know what else you want me to do and "you weren't my patient." I picked up my new glasses and the frames immediately broke as Lindsey placed them on my face. After a failed attempt to 'fix' them, 2 days later I received a call from Lindsey saying I would have to pick out new frames and they would have to be the exact same price. I am not asking for $100's in concessions. But, I would expect some sort of allowamce for the inconvenience..Not ev... read more
