I was there on November 18th, we were about 15 deep upstairs in a private room. The waitress was rushy and rude, and we were subjected to pay a mandatory tip. I understand tips show appreciation for services rendered, our waitress did not deserve any tip. The food was awesome, the atmosphere 2nd to none, the service from our waitress, terrible. Had a horrible time here. This used to be the place where my boyfriend and I went. Manager, red hair, paid no attention to us and took order of the person next to us who came 10 minutes after us! Tried to grab her attention but would look down to not acknowledge our presence. Asked a worker to be seated in a different location because we aren't getting any service. They took us back to her and seemed baffled of the problem problem.

I went tonight. The fondue was good. We shared a filet on a Rok. It had great flavor, but was a little tough. Maybe because we got an end piece. The sauces and Merlot Butter were good. However, the baked potato was overcooked and we couldn't even cut it with a knife. The waiter offered to bring another one, which we declined. So, the waiter brought us a complimentary dessert, which was very nice. The service was great. The moonshine cocktails were the best, and worth going back for.
