I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I always have a good experience when I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they make every effort to correct any situation that arises. I have gone back a few times over the last 10 years whenever I do something to throw my back out of whack. It usually takes one major adjustment to get me almost pain free, followed up by a minor tuneup within 3 days to a week to get me completely pain free until I do something foolish and throw my back out of adjustment again.
