Not happy. I took my 31,000 mile RAV4 in to the Rohrich Toyota service department. My instruction to them was to do the required 30K mile maintenance. After I looked closely at my bill the next morning I see I was charged for the 10K maintenance & a labor charge of nearly $100.00, but they didn't do the REQUIRED 30K Toyota RAV4 maintenance which includes [CHANGING transfer case oil (AWD)] and [REPLACING passenger compartment air filter]. They did NONE of the REQUIRED ITEMS for 30K, and said "all looks good for 10K miles". So... read more
Just purchased a new camry from them and I would recommend going there. I went down to look at a car and it just sold. I was working with Kyle Zagrocki and he took the time to find me a camry with everything I was looking for, and had it delivered there for me. He's easy to work with and kept me up to date on everything while I was waiting for my camry to be delivered. Was very happy with my experience there and with working with Kyle Zagrocki! I will be doing all my future business with him from now!
Bought a new truck at a dealership that isn’t exactly close to my house, so decided to use these guys for service appointments. Don’t recommend If you care about your time, and want appreciation as a customer. Maybe if you bought from them they treat you better than if you didn’t. I don’t know.
