We had a great experience here! Everyone from start to finish was absolutely amazing, very thorough and easy to work with. Big thank you to Dra and Sean for getting us squared away & thank you to the whole crew for being so accommodating of our two young kiddos (they have a popcorn machine, toys, coloring books, basketball hoop/ping pong to keep them busy) We are so appreciative!
Good news: the sales people are very friendly & helpful. BAD NEWS: the Service Department is lacking in customer service skills. I waited 20 minutes before I was called over when dropping off my car for an oil change & inspection & I was greeted in a rather cool fashion. It was 2 1/2 hours before my car was done, and again had to wait to before being called over - 5 minutes this time.
