Alex was very helpful in getting me the exact car I wanted.
I traveled a bit to purchase a vehicle here because their pre-purchase communication was excellent. I worked with Kyle and he absolutely went out of his way to answer questions and provide me with what I asked. This was the first car buying experience where I didn’t feel like I’d been in battle. I’ll definitely go back and I am recommending them to my friends. Go see Kyle. He will put your mind at ease.
My girlfriend leased a Toyota Camry from Rohrich Toyota the sales person was Paul Diamant. He had convinced her that she can come anytime in couple months if she decides to finance instead, but when she went in there within less than a month she was denied.. he claimed he was unaware of the monthly payments and denied the financing option. Disappointed. 6 weeks to get a replacement key fob? (2, actually) 6 weeks to get an appointment for an oil change?! I regret purchasing here. Due to chronic illness, I was already late to schedule my oil change--and I hadn’t imagined that I would need to schedule it six weeks to two months before my car needs it. I recently brought my truck in for a 5,000-mile service and was very disappointed with the experience. The wheels were not rotated correctly, fluids were not topped off, and the automatic tailgate—which has not worked since I purchased the truck—was dismissed as having “no issue.” My brakes were squeaking, and although I was told a part would be ordered, I never received any follow-up.
