Alex Poarch is a gem. I was expecting a 3 month wait to get a 2026 hybrid RAV4 and we got lucky and got one in a week! He was knowledgeable and fun to work with and really let me take my time with the test drive. Highly recommend!
Bought a brand new car from this dealer and it had a curbed rim and a damaged tire. Took 12 days to resolve. GM rude and alittle arrogant that he wasn’t gonna replace it only repair. After a botched repair I drove back to the dealer for the 4th time and they did the right thing and replaced it with a new rim. Salesman TJ was great. Enthusiastic. Knowledgeable. Efficient.
