I have a certified 2017 XT5 purchased for this dealership just over 2 years ago. I have had my vehicle here 5 times now with the same issue- The auto/stop start isn't working. Everytime the service department told me the battery is the issue. I even has a parasitic draw test performed on my battery prior to them installing the *** battery and the vehicle isn't pulling any voltage from something within the vehicle to cause the battery to be bad. I have the XT5 SUV. It was taken to the collision center on May 31, 2022. I was told at that time after the Manager looked at the damage! I should be done in about a week, I will be able to get what I need. That obviously didnt happen. I was then told I dont want to promise a specific day, but it will be ready either Thursday August 4th or Friday August 5th. Well it is now August 13th and I cant get any information. I have a 2013 Cadillac XTS. The drivers side rear brake light went out. I scheduled an appointment to have the problem fixed on 7-30-2021. I was told by the dealer that I needed an electrical module to correct the problem. They replaced the module. The invoice stated that the new module cost was $249.15. The labor to install the module was $130.00 per hour. The total including taxes was $394.99. I did some research and found the module price ranged from $25.00 to $35.00.
