RecommendedBest hospital in the State!
Our Lady of the Lake took me in for a resting period while I battled my depression and anxiety. The staff and patients were a huge help in my recovery process. I am grateful for the nurse techs, RNs, Drs, and therapists as well as the front desk and kitchen! I owe them my fresh start and stability <3 It's a place you should have when you're in need of anything.
It would help if the food service did their jobs, such as prepare the food and actually serve it.
My husband was an patient there on 10/7/2018 he was very ill sadly he pass away on 10/10/2018 all the staff on the 5th floor of Nero floor made sure my needs was met I had no clothes no nothing I was able to get clothes and a shower Thank you everyone that took care of me and my hubby I waiting to here for someone so I can tell about my exp
Hospital was top notch and care was excellent
The staff, no matter what their capacity, has been not only professional, but also considerate and compassionate. You never realize how precious and fragile life is. Until you have a loved one going through some critical moments, and it is in these difficult and stressful times of life, that having a knowledgeable and professional team makes the journey not only bearable, but caring and spiritual.
During my stay at the Lake, I had the best staff one could ever have. I was treated with respect, I never had a problem with the staff responding to my requests and answering my questions. The staff were on their A-game!!! The room and bed were beautiful and comfortable. I had a good view and the visiting hours are the best. I recommend this hospital to everyone.
