Before any contract please just try to call the main number If they answer your call then forget about my review but for sure nobody is responsible over there. To control the Roaches here they need to pay some money to professionals for that but because the use only 99 cent materials for fumigation there are a lot of roaches in their apartments. I've lived in a three-bedroom in East Hollywood for almost four years now. The unit is rent-controlled. One of my roommates just moved out has he got engaged. ROHCS denied 4 applications for a new roommate, stating that "we have the right to require each applicant to be able to carry the whole unit."
