The guy behind the service desk was great but they did not listen to what I had to say about my car they kept saying there was nothing wrong I'm the one who drives the car I know when there something wrong with the car too bad they don't listen to the customer I don't know if it was because I was a woman if I had a man with me if they would've taken me more seriously
The service department does the job right, and on more than one occasion they have saved me a return trip to Lewiston by completing additional necessary repairs found during the inspection they perform during routine maintenance. I am the type of customer who maintains my vehicle on the manufacturer's schedule, and Rogers makes it easy for me to keep my car in top shape. They have never suggested unnecessary work: I trust them completely.
Excellent new car buying experience. Kriss, Corey, and Ross made the experience so easy and relaxing! Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for a new or used car.
