My husband and I purchased a used Ford Focus from Rogers. While they went out of their way for the financing, after the papers were signed, that’s where the customer service literally stopped �. I’m super disappointed as I was promised a simple thing - floor mats from our salesman Jon Stormes. A phone call to the dealership and a text and still nothing. And of course now after a week, there’s an issue with the car �

Excellent service! I live 6 hours away and had been on the lookout for a Subaru Crosstrek. I had no luck finding one until I spotted one online in Lewiston. Brian was awesome with communication and let us know that the crosstrek was still available the night before, so we didn’t drive 6 hours for nothing.
