Tried to have a good time tonight. Guess standing at the bar counter by the Dj side was the invisible side. The girls had to cash ppl out right in front of us (4 of us) and they wouldn't even acknowledge us. Ppl would come up and bam they were being helped. 2 girls even jumped at the same customer as we're looking right at them empty handed. Finally we spoke up (louder) and asked for drinks. Once empty we pushed them to the edge and once again ignored. DJ & crowd was good but staff needs to be counseled in customer service.
I reserved a table on Friday night Feb 24th to celebrate my sons birthday. It was under the name Mike. I don't know our servers name, but I wanted to say she was awesome! She was so attentive to our table, and her service was great.. The pizza was fantastic also. Thanks for a great evening!

I've been going to the Roost since the 80's and I kind of agree with the others who say the food and service has kind of gone downhill the last few years. I stopped in last night with my wife for a boomba (or three) an decided to get a small meat lovers deep dish pizza. Normally, I'm a big fan of the deep dish pizza at RR, but not this evening. They were very sloppy with the toppings in my pizza and accidentally slipped in a few onions. I absolutely hate onions and finding them in a pizza will ruin the pizza for me. Generall... read more

Local place to go to meet up with friends. However I have been fairly disappointed in the service recently. My table was purposely looked over by a server who helped the table behind us AND new people who showed up at tables in front of us. It was well over a 25 minute wait before one of us went up to search for a different server, since the other one clearly didn't want to take our orders. I didn't bother to order anything because it sure didn't seem you wanted any business from us.
5 star Alicia was the best waitress Bloody Mary were the best. when I lived in area 30+ yrs ago was a great place, Still the same great food had wonderful time with my girlfriends. will be back :-)
Service was great. Met Damien, a new manager. He was very attentive to all the tables. He is very friendly. Nice pick of him. The pizza was great as usual.
Had a great time American Band was awesome I'll be back when there playing again!
