Made reservations for the back room for a Warren Woods get together back in October 2018 for April 2019. When I called two weeks before the event, they told me they had no record of it. Room was already reserved for that date. Did not even try to make it right. I will never frequent this place again. I encourage all Warren Woods Alumni to boycott this place.
I was very disappointed to hear that a reservation for a Warren Woods gathering later in April was “not there” months after being confirmed. Countless WW grads have frequented Rogers Roost for decades, so this was not well received by the dozens planning to be there for this gathering. I’d like to think after so much loyalty shown to your establishment there would be some shown back.
After 50+ years of frequenting this place with my family and my high school... Warren Woods, we were told our reunion reservation was “not there” Really???? I can’t even count all the additional business we bring you with mini reunion, family and friend dinners, etc. throughout the year- and over the years. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
Honor the reservations made months in advance. Very disappointing for our 40th-year Warren Woods High School Reunion to be tossed to the curb.
Great food. Big place. Great location. Tons of parking.
