My cousin had an issue over his bill. The waitress added an extra beer on his bill AND his friend, who was buying the beer for him. Got his tab and disputed it not only with the waitress but the manager, too. Needless to say, they chose the waitresses answer and not a 35 + year customer. Whatever happen to, "The customer is always right."? All over one bottle of beer. SMH! Terrible staff and management. I'll be sure to share his incident with my friends.
