The person answering your phone hung up on me twice. I was polite. I asked to speak to an attorney, and then he mumbled something and hung up. The second call, I gave my name and asked him to speak slower and more clearly, and he hung up. Professionalism? Your commercial spot on Fox New Station won't help you with the people you have answering your phone.
