I had the absolute worst experience ever dealing with this Doctor's office staff. I was referred here and could not even get past the staff to make an appointment. Their "process" by which to get an appointment was horrible! Lyndsey & Office Manager "Jennifer" scolded me for questioning their call-back policy - which was only on Fridays. They truly have a "God Complex" and you better not say one word - just take your scolding and abide by their every attack on you, if you want an appointment.

I understand your frustration. I only accept doctor referrals and yes we only schedule on fridays when we are not seeing patients so that we can focus on scheduling. There is a developmental behavioral pediatrician in Midland.
