We came in to look at the minivan that was being detailed as we called in and mentioned that it will be done in an hour and half. We showed up an hour later than promised and the minivan was not back yet. We waited for 40 min and finally it arrived, being super late and on fumes. We went in and put $5 in it just to test drive it. when we got back and told the front counter boy that we put gas into it he said he was sorry but did not even consider reimbursing us.
