Yesterday, I went to the shopping centre with my wife to grab a few things. I figured I’d stop into Rogers to check out some of the smartwatches. Very disappointed with this service. They gave me wrong information. They said my plan price would stay the same for 2 years, but they increased it. They also said there would be no charge for the Wi-Fi equipment activation, but they charged me for it. I feel misled and would not recommend this company.
I like going to this Roger location as they are always helpful and take their time to work with the customer. I took my mom to switch to a Rogers/chatr plan and Fazal Hussain, if I am spelling his name correct, was very helpful, patient and answered questions my mom had and she left happy with a new service plan. Thank you.
