A two week stay at the Roger Smith Hotel was an incredible pleasure. We loved our room which was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The quality of service never faltered from housekeeping through to the rooftop bar and the front desk. Position perfect and with that highly desirable flavour of glamorous old New York. Plus, we were married from there.....
The suite was so spacious and clean , I had a ball
Big room , excellent beds, nice personal and close to everything! My first time in NY is perfect and IF/when I return - This hotel will be my choice.
What a terrific hotel! The staff is friendly and everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The 24/7 Lobby yogurt is lifesaving! And the location cannot be beat! It's charming, not modern. But it's a total Manhattan find!
