Amazing staff. Clean rooms. We felt well taken care of, both during the time my husband was here for work, and when our daughter joined us for some vacation time. Best place for us in NYC!
Really welcoming, comfortable and friendly. Nespresso machine is nice, but a kettle would be more convenient. Lovely place to stay right in the centre of Manhatten.

Everything was super: The room, the bed, the pillows, the fresh yoghurt in the fridge, the green apples in the lobby, the location and the helpful staff! ���
Staff was nice but kept annoying me by knocking on the door multiple time before check out
