I have just been aggressively marched out of your hotel, Because I have a service dog,this is a clear violation of the American Disability Act and we will be taking leg at action.I was to meet friends for dinner but now that's been cancelled and I am taking in search of another hotel and I am informing all media and community links about your disgusting behaviour. Shame on you victimization of disabled people.

We have just returned after an 8 night stay at your fantastic hotel. What a great location, within walking distance of Grand Central, Empire State building, the Rockefeller centre & Fifth Avenue. Being able to loan DVD's was a huge bonus when traveling with children and the complimentary granola & yoghurt was a also a huge hit. The complimentary Wi-Fi also came in useful. Hotel que enamora y que por su localización es la mejor opcion para visitar Manhattan. Nosotros, que fuimos de viaje de novios en Noviembre del año pasado, solo podemos darle 2☆, ya que durante toda nuestra estancia (5 dias) y con unas temperaturas en New York de 1°, no solo no funcionaba la calefaccion de la habitacion, sino que por debajo del aparato del A/C entraba el aire frio de la calle, y cuya unica solucion por parte del personal de recepcion fue, colocar toallas para que no entrara ese aire, aunque la helada si lo h... read more
