They explained the work they were going to do and the order they were going to do it in, starting with the cheapest troubleshooting and moving through the things that would be more expensive fixes until they found the problem. They proceeded as planned and figured out what was causing my water pressure problem. I can ALWAYS depend on prompt, courteous and clean service from Roger’s staff! They accurately diagnose issues and are thorough in their repair plans.
Chris came out yesterday to check on a couple of things at my house. Great and courteous service. Chris actually ended up doing a overall check at the house and fixed a few things needing some attention.
Chris was amazing , he fixed my plumbing problems in short time, tested his work before fe left , and I was very satisfied with his work.
Chris was amazing! He was super friendly. They got the job done quickly. He also gave me great advice on what needs to be done in the future. They were awesome! It also didn't cost as much as I expected. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!!
