Dr. Fontes performed my left hip replacement in 2021, and I wished that I would have had it replaced sooner since it was such a relief from the pain and disability that I was experiencing then. It now functions without pain or stiffness. When my right hip started acting the same way a few months ago, I waited too long as before but finally saw Dr. Fontes and he recommends a total right hip replacement which I plan to do in the near future.
