I can't imagine a more thorough team to walk through a very complicated process and successfully close the sale of our home in the North metro. From the initial priortization of what upgrades might be required, identifying and assisting in the hire of contractors, (Roger even himself serving as contractor), and walking through and explaining detail. Roger and Deb helped us purchase our second and current home. It was a hard process. We didn't know exactly what city we wanted to be near, just knew we wanted to be out in the country near Mora, Pine City, Hinkley, Sandstone, Milaca, Ogilvy. Roger and Deb were really excellent to work with! They helped us feel much more confident in our ability to buy a house, made the experience go very smoothly, and greatly reduced the stress we would have gone through without them. Roger and Deb Larson are wonderful to work with. I selected them because they sold my mother's town home 6 years ago and helped me purchase the town home I am living in. They are both so very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. They suggested we have rooms painted (which we weren't going to do) and gave us pointers that I feel sold the house so quickly.
