Roger and Deb are the absolute best at what they do. Some realtors can be pushy, appear disingenuous, or feel more like they're there to sell you something rather than help you find what you really want. Deb and Roger are honest, hard-working, and won't try to sell you something that isn't great. They worked tirelessly during this crazy home buying season to help us find a house and to educate us as home buyers, and we ended up finding one in 3 weeks! 5/5 best realtors you could ask for.

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Deb and Roger, and would recommend them to anyone involved in the process of purchasing or selling a home. They were both very professional, friendly and easy to work with, assisting us every step of the way, and were always kept informed and updated throughout the process. It was really a pleasure meeting and working with the Larsons, and if the need arises, would look forward to working with them again.

Deb and Roger Larson helped me renovate, clean, and sell my childhood home. This house was not in the best condition initially, and thus required a lot of work to get it into a position where it could be sold. This included but was not limited to: cleaning the entire two story house, getting new carpeting and tile flooring, replacing window panes, fixing up a dilapidated deck, fixing a water leak in the basement, and repairing a chimney. Very patient and helpful explaining details to elderly seller. Quick to communicate. Especially skilled at identifying and fine tuning the small details that make the difference in presentation of home. Third house sale with them and we’ve never been disappointed.

We worked with Roger & Deb for a few months finding a new home and selling our current home. They are very personable, knowledgeable, patient and responsive. They scheduled many showings, some with very short notices from us, and left everything to be present at the showings.
