I have never had a bad experience at any of UM's specialty hospital departments. The staff are friendly, welcoming, professional, and always seem to have everything ready for you when you arrive. If given a choice for cars, I will always choose UM.
Had my first chemo yesterday and was very impressed with the attention of the staff. I'm hoping this is the standard!
Everyone there...from blood draw to check out....was extremely helpful and friendly!
I have had a wonderful experience at the U of M Cancer Center. The staff have always treated me well.
It's hard to walk into a place filled with so many people you share a life threatening disease . The staff at the Cancer Center have always been so wonderful. They really understand your fears and embrace them .they get us through each visit and treatment with love and compassion . I am so glad that I choose them to handle my care .
I appreciate our care team at the Cancer Center! They are a group of people who really do care and will go to great lengths to get you the treatments and medications you need. They tell it to you straight and are very good at answering question.
The cancer team and my doctors especially Dr junck are great. My care was great. It's. Been a long scary road since my prognosis but so far I'm cancer free and the cancer didn't mastasize anywhere so far. I never got sick from the chemo treatments and I'm thankful. First time ever in U of M, my mother experienced the most wonderful and caring people that she has ever come acrossed in her life. She must have told me 20 times while we were there for the day yesterday that everyone is so wonderful and so caring and they will do anything for you. She is so excited to continue the Journey Down the Road to get her surgery done with wonderful people like she has dealt with already. I can not say enough nice things about the staff in the Cancer Center. All were wonderful, from the parking valets to Maintance, Drs, Nurses, Cafeteria Workers, everyone was so helpful and commpassionate. I love that hospital, and I worked there for two years, Great experience, Just wonderful educated caring people.
