We really were not familiar with the Real Estate market and what would be best for us as a family, Craig was able to find a property for us in record time and we were very satisfied and impressed with his knowledge and expertise.
He's a very easy person to work with...my house sold quickly and at a very good price. Questions were answered and all signing was done electronically....which I thought was pretty cool. His web sites were easy accessed and I was given lots of information regarding the whole process of selling my home.
Craig is so pleasant to work with. He's very conscientious and caring. He's also very knowledgeable about all the areas we inquired about. My experience was extremely enjoyable. I am so happy to have found him !
I moved in from out of state, and after meeting Craig at an open house we toured the area and he was very helpful in identifying the right location for me and my family. He is quick in returning message and looking-out for your best interest. He also knows homes and home remodeling and can give accurate information on questions you may have. I would use Craig again, I was lucky to run-into him!
My wife and I have used Craig to both sell and buy homes. Eight years between instances, can't express our satisfaction sufficiently in words. First case, sold for full asking price in less than 48 hours in 2001. Second case, found the home we want to keep forever, thanks to his advise on the lender and other factors. Purely a business relationship, but my wife and I consider Craig and his wife our friends. Would recommend to anyone......
