I found Craig to be a no nonsense individual whose main focus is on selling your house quickly and at the highest price. We have never had too much success in selling our homes but this time with Craig the house sold in 5 days. We would have no hesitation in working with Craig again should the situation arise.

Craig did a fantastic job. He was always there when I had a question and I felt like he was always looking out for my best interest. Sold our house in a few days and was moved into a new house in about a month.

We've had two experiences with Craig. We purchased a condo in 2010, and because of problems with the property, it took about a year for the sale to close. But during that time, Craig kept us informed of developments, promptly answered all our questions, and had the know-how and experience to work with the seller. Craig was very helpful in finding my new home. He took time to sit down with me at the begging and find out what I was looking for, and as we looked at houses he would check my likes and dislikes and put me on to new property that he thought I would be interested in. It took only a week to find that place I now call home. I have and will refer him to others.

I have known Craig Roetman for many years, he is a good friend of mine. He help me purchase a house back in 2006 and I still reside at residence. He helped me get a great house with a good mortgage. Then man is always on call, never let a call go to voicemail. He is very motivate and driven individual. He would be the first and only agent that I would recommend.
