When we first contacted Roe it was to expand our living room about 12 feet by using our existing back porch and then add a new larger back porch. It turned into a much larger project. The first time we met him I could tell he was very knowledgeable about most every aspect of construction, especially framing. He had some very good ideas. By the time it was over we had a larger living room, some beautiful sliding glass doors and a new covered back patio with a covered upper deck. Roe and his team removed a load bearing wall between our kitchen and living room and removed an old cone like ceiling feature from our nook eating area. They then replaced the nook area with a new ceiling and included framing in new joists and applying drywall. They also added roof supports back into the attic where the previous owners had removed to make more storage space. His team did a great job and completed the job in a matter of a couple days.
