Roe Gordon got the job done! Roe and his team completed a backyard project that I would've loved to build myself but I'm not as young as I used to be. He built a 16' x 28' patio cover (large cedar post and beams with pitched roof and shingles to match the house. I'm a do-it-your-selfer, so I wanted to participate in the finish carpentry and painting of the project. He was glad to oblige me and priced the project accordingly. Roe and his team removed a load bearing wall between our kitchen and living room and removed an old cone like ceiling feature from our nook eating area. They then replaced the nook area with a new ceiling and included framing in new joists and applying drywall. They also added roof supports back into the attic where the previous owners had removed to make more storage space. His team did a great job and completed the job in a matter of a couple days. When we first contacted Roe it was to expand our living room about 12 feet by using our existing back porch and then add a new larger back porch. It turned into a much larger project. The first time we met him I could tell he was very knowledgeable about most every aspect of construction, especially framing. He had some very good ideas. This is the second time we have used Roe. He built a garage for us a couple of years ago and we've have had zero issues with it. When we needed to replace our front porch we called him again. Even though it was a smaller job for him he gave it his full attention being careful to make sure it was not only beautiful when he finished but structurally sounds and safe for our family. Roe Gordon Construction just finished a large Renovation/remodel and a new roof on my home. The work included a beautiful new upgraded roof (finished in record time), a bump out (adding seven feet on an outside wall) to my dining area and added a concrete patio with a roof to match my house, removing walls and changing fireplace location, thus enlarging my living room by double.
