Lazy. Try to get information to pay off a 4 wheeler from a family member that passed away, was told buy a Sales rep i needed a account number OR social showed me personally on his computer, went in today with the account number financial guy didn't even try, said it wasn't his job pretty much. They dont give 2 sh*its after you made the purchase. Couldn't take 5 minute's to look up a simple account, and this was a 10k purchase
