They did not keep there word. They sent a bill of sales to my bank so that I can secure my loan and then changed the value of my trade in immediately when I arrived after a seven hour drive from St. Louis. The salesman Don said that this is going to be a problem right way & called someone to nick pick the value of the trade in. Even though Don kept saying he is not a car guy he insisted that it was going to be a problem with every statement. Leaving me with a $2,200.00 difference from the agreed upon price. Bobby: There is justifiable reasons that we had to decrease the trade value of your Mercedes convertible one you arrived. We were never told that all four tires needed replaced due to dry rot. The first thing that MUST work on a convertible is the top must come down. Your top would not retract!! And there was front end damage. What a well ran business! my salesman Phil answered all the questions I asked him about my new Talon and Featherlite trailer. Kurt was also very pleasant to deal with. and wow what an inventory! well worth the drive from Omaha! The techs installed all of my extras goodies in short order and seamlessly. 5 star in my book!
