Great patient care from nurses and techs. Dr. Valderrama is by far the best endocrinologist I have ever had in my 50years of being a diabetic. The doctors knowledge of medtronics pump is excellent. The office personnel are great. They really work with you in getting an appointment time you need. Wait time was less than 10 minutes.I hate to lose him as a doctor at Grandview. He brought so much knowledge to Grandview.

Dr Valderrama is an excellent doctor. I am glad to have this opportunity to express my pleasure with his current staff, especially the young woman at the front desk. My only dissatisfaction was at the checkout window. The whole time the woman was setting up my next appointment she was TALKING to someone to her left whom I could not see. Upon arriving home and looking at the printout of my appointment, I thought she had made a mistake in making my appointment 5 months away instead of the 3 the doctor had indicated to me.
