Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious How would you compare this psychiatrist to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

This doctor should not be in practice. He is rude to the patients and doesn't know what he's talking about.

Was this psychiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Did this psychiatrist ever condone negative behavior? No, they made sure all negative behaviors were discouraged Was this psychiatrist's office clean? It was satisfactory Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Does this psychiatrist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Did this psychiatrist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated
