Dr. Vivian is a wonderful doctor. When I began seeing him three year ago I was in need of someone who could help me find my way back into the light. I believe he saved my life.

I have seen Philip Berne, Clinical Therapist, In Dr. Rodney Vivian's office for some time. I highly recommend this practice and especially give high marks to Clinical Therapist, Philip Berne. Mental health is so important. This is an excellent provider.

Roxanne is excellent. I would recommend her to family and friends. She listens and is very helpful and knows her stuff about medications, etc. She always returns my calls.

I saw Roxanne Huston and she was IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. She never returned my calls and waited until I had called 3 times to tell me that the reason a refill request wasn't filled was because I had a balance on my account that I didn't know about. No one ever called me to tell me this.

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! The staff spoke very highly of this provider and it was clear that they held them in a position of high respect. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was the wait time for your appointment reasonable once you got to the office? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was sufficiently staffed? Yes

Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Was the provider's staff welcoming to you? Somewhat How would you rate your experience with this provider? Not good Did this provider seem knowledgeable and competent? No Did this provider answer all of your questions? No

Did this psychiatrist have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? Not one bit Would you refer a friend or family member to this psychiatrist? No, I wasn't impressed Did this psychiatrist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Did this psychiatrist use excessive foul language? No

I didn't feel safe at all under their care. I didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was shocked at how much I ended up having to pay for my appointment. They were very expensive.
