Dr. Floyd and his staff are always very helpful and make going the dentist a pleasant experience. They are very knowledgeable, always answer all of my questions and take the time to explain ways I can improve my Dental health. My office visits have always been great over the years, I would highly recommend Dr. Floyd if your in need of a Dentist.
I love Dr. Floyd's office. Both my husband and I are patients and couldn't be more pleased with the care we receive. Dr. Floyd is warm, caring, and professional. Samantha is a wonderful hygienist. I would highly recommend Dr. Floyd.
Dr. Floyd had to pull multiple teeth from me, unassisted. Six very difficult teeth had to go and he made the experience uncomplicated! It was GREAT to know i was in such good hands. His employees did everything to make this issue an easy, breezy appointment. Thank you ALL for everything you did.
Visited "Doc Floyd" today. His "ACE" assistant Sam did a great job whitening my teeth. She is always concerned with her patients comfort and well being. Besides that she is just downright friendly! After that I was off to see the Doc. He prepped two of my teeth for the new ones to go on my implants. A great Doc and gent all around. I have stayed with him since 6 years ago I returned with an impacted and infected tooth. Of course, emergencies only seem to happen at the most inopportune times. No exception. New Years eve,I was driving up from Florida and flossing with one of those little pics.. when Snap..a back molar crown popped off. When I looked in the mirror all I saw was black....I called Dr. Floyd and Company. On New Year's Eve he was kind enough to answer the phone and assure me the sky was not falling and not to worry I could come in to the office when I arrived to get it looked at and fixed. The situation in my elderly teeth has gotten more & more complicated the older I get. I have been coming to Dr. FLoyd the past year or so. He has a gentle mild manner of approaching my problems with more than one solution to give me. He takes my situation into mind. His Dental Sssistants are very wonderful, kind and skilled. Lexie is my lifetime favorite technician! 5 STARS!
Love the staff here, all are so friendly, welcoming and remember you as a person. Dr Floyd is wonderful, funny and caring. He is not just a dentist he is a craftsman that cares and takes pride in what he does. He has called me late into the evening to check on me after a root canal as well as given his cell # in case I have an issue.. Definitely recommend to everyone..
Very friendly practice. This was my first visit there and they made it feel like I have been going there for years. They don't lecture you or made you feel uncomfortable. I would recommend them to everyone.
