Everyone in the office was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything you would expect, but not what you always get with other dental practices. My family and I have been patients for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience.
I was greeted warmly when I arrived for my appointment. Sam was slightly behind, she came out and apologized for having me wait. The wait was only a few minutes but it nice to have my time recognized. The cleaning went well and she explained in plain language dry mouth and the importance of saliva. I've been going to Dr. Floyd for over 30 years and have confidence in his procedures. He is very knowledgeable and h as a positive attitude that is transferred among his staff.

Dr. Floyd and his staff are very nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is bright and calm. It is nice going to a dentist that remembers your name and finds time to ask your about your family.

I have been a patient for over 20 years. That says enough all by itself. They have been there for both regular and emergency care problems. The latest on July 12, 2016. I called at 145PM and I was back home, problem solved, by 330PM.
I've been a patient of Dr. Floyd's for years, and so appreciate him and his wonderful staff. If you're looking for a caring, professional & knowledgeable dentist with experience, I recommend this practice.
Thanks everyone for doing a super job. Nice people, nice treatment, nice conversation (when possible) and no cavities. And I got to aerobic dancing on time. See you in December.
Most of us hate going to a Dentist but if you must Doc Floyd, Sam and all are great folks. Their care and concern are above reproach!!
Since 1980 my family has been treated by Dr. Floyd. Splendid dental care always. This day in May 2016 I was evaluated first by Samantha, the hygienist, and then by Rodney. His diagnosis followed diligent examination both visually and by x-ray; they consulted my multiple years of records, and determined that my gum issues were not gummy (I have trouble with technical medical terms).
