I did not have a chance to use this company, and never will. I reached out today for an emergency plumbing need, with a clogged toilet that could not wait. Was left under the impression that although they may have had an opening today, I would have to wait till next week since I would be a new customer. Poor customer service!

Had a huge clog backing up all our toilets and showers....on a weekend of course! After speaking with the answering service, we quickly received a call back. Someone came quickly to assess the situation and get everything running again. Very timely, conscientious, and courteous gentleman who fixed the problem quickly. Sorry I forget his name but he did an excellent job. As for the cost, who can say....when you need a fix like this and need it urgently, you need an expert, no matter the cost.
