I am a current tenant who is pursuing legally against this company due to the company's failure to do basic maintenance, they also left me with a dirt unit at time of move in after having me pay a 900 security deposit and me asking them multiple times prior to move in if the unit was cleaned, they lied and stated it was then I came to move in and it was clear the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned.
