The service center is my reason for coming here. Luke is so professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. He went above and beyond with my 10k mile service, even though it's a Mazda. I get free oil changes at Mazda, but the service department over there is always backed up by 3 or 4 weeks so I choose to go to Toyota. I'm happy to just pay the money at Toyota because I know Luke will take care of my vehicle. See ya again in 5k miles.
It’s alright, people are super nice, just sucks I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment.
We purchased our rav4 at rodland Auto Center in everett and had the pleasure of working with Robert Dixon, our sales representative. He was very helpful, kind and patient with us through the whole process. Would reccomend friends and family .
