I tried to stay with my wife in this place and the surprise started when we entered the room; to start: the TV remote control did not work. There was a sofa with a big hole. The bed sheet had many cigarette burns and the bath tub had a hole in the center. the fridge and the microwave were very dirty. When I went to the reception to speak with the manager of the place, he only told me that he could not refund my money because I was violating the cancellation rules. I paid more than $ 300 dollars for that crap.
Requested a room, waited days for a reply, got denied without a reason and the rates for the week I needed tripled. Had enough with greedy motels :(
