Our Children had a great time with the two water slides and pool area the room was very clean they gave us a cot for free and for a family of five we only paid 75.00 plus tax it is under new management. It was very close to the caverns so we did not have to travel so far to sleep. The lady that booked us she was very nice.
I stayed here for one night. It's definitely the closest place you can stay to the Caverns. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, check in and checks out. The rooms are huge!! We had a double bed room and there was still room for cartwheels! (If one were so inclined.) The beds were comfy and we had no problem staying warm. I visited Carlsbad Caverns with a friend early in Jan 2013, and we were planning an overnight stay there. I checked the prices online, and found that with a military discount, our room (2 queens) would cost us about $70.00. I didn't want to make the drive into Carlsbad after being on the road all day, and this was a reasonable price, so we made the reservation. i am so glad that we did because it was a very relaxing stay they were all so nice and friendly and very accommodating.
We stayed here because it was close to Carlsbad Caverns. The staff is gracious, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and large. A little dated, but that did not take away from our joyous stay. We also ate at the restaurant next door. Good food and friendly staff. Will stay again rather than drive to Carlsbad.
I had a good time staying at the Rodeway Inn, the rooms were nice and clean the décor was nice. The attitude and the quality of the service that was provided by them was good. I will be coming back.
We were so happy with our stay at Rodeway Inn. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby and our room was nice and clean. We had a really good vacation because of this hotel!
We found Rodeway Inn from the phonebook after we checked into a different hotel that was an absolute nightmare. The lady at the front desk at the Rodeway Inn made accommodations at the last minute so my family could have an enjoyable vacation. This hotel was a dream to stay in and we are so thankful we did not have to stay in the other absolutely terrifying hotel! I cannot thank Rodeway Inn enough!!!
My stay at this inn was amazing. It was an extremely comfortable night's rest. Overall, it was an excellent stay and very clean facilities.
There is a grassy area to take your dogs behind the hotel, please take a potty bag with you. If we want hotels to stay dog friendly we must pick up after our pets.Someone mentioned lack of outlets in the room, we had no problem with that.
