Would not recommend checked in online but reservation was messed up some how I ended up with two rooms for one night instead of one room two nights. Was told they can’t change it for 2 nights. So I was charged 200 dollars for one night. Customer service just transfers you over and over again. This company only cares about how they will make their next dollar not their customers. Also I paid for 2 queen beds and was given a room with 2 full size beds.
They have BEDBUGS 😭 I was bit all the way up. I was woke up with bite marks all over me at 3am. I asked for my money back and was told I couldn’t get it back but was moved to another room but couldn’t sleep knowing I was just ate up in the prior room. The lady at the front desk was mean and knew that they had them. She told me when I requested my money back that she could call the police to have me escort from there. RecommendedI had an amazing experience here! We stopped here one night during our relocation process. Matt in the restaurant/bar had such amazing customer service. My very long, busy, stressful day was completely turned around! He helped lighten my mood and just relax. The front desk attendant (I think her name was Lizzie?), was so very helpful and genuine. the toilet is leaking and the windows don't open and I can hear every person in the rooms around me 😐 over it
All I’m gonna say is NEVER AGAIN. The minute we walked in our rooms we checked out AND THE CLERK LAUGHED IN OUR FACES. Based on all of the past reviews I will be speaking to the health department. There’s a whole pandemic happening and just when you have to be extra clean you are presented with this filth. STRAIGHT GARBAGE.
Don’t stay here. Rooms are full of mold. They scrutinize their workers. Very unhealthy environment. When you work here do you see $80 a week and if you’re a family person and you decide that you have to take this job they will tell you that you have to abandon any house or trailer you live in and you have to live on property so they don’t have to pay you anything. Absolutely terrible!! They claim to be a “resort and spa” but more accurately compare to a Motel 6. All “hotel” rooms can be accessed from the outdoors- which scared me being a pregnant female who was traveling alone. My door didn’t shut properly, I had to slam is shut and lock it for safety.
