Horrible service. Bad customer service. I was discussing removing my gold bracelet size. Old korean man who looked like a owner was rasing his voice and telling me that I didn't understand him well. He was rude and grumpy and treated his customer with bad manners. There was no customer and I was there for less than 5 min. However he said I was taking his time and giving him hard time.
My boyfriend gave me a Rolex as a gift. I hadn't worn it for a while, but when I noticed that the clocks handle didn’t move I called this place.
