Associates are professional and punctual. All questions are answered and explained. Service is great so far! The company has maintained contact and send an associate out every 2 weeks to check for rodents.
Today Eric was sent Between 3 and 5 PM. He showed up and got right to work. He did a thorough search at the upper attic for mice, but what he did which spoke vibes to me in terms of customer service as he informed me that both my attic fans were broken and out he showed me clear examples. The thorough search on the outside thankfully there are no mice, but inform me at the minute I hear anything to record, which was another great tip bit. excellent service and staff
The crew was awesome! They were thorough, friendly, worked hard, and got the job done in a timely manner. The attic was thoroughly sanitized, all entry points sealed, traps set, and new insulation installed. I would highly recommend Rodent Expertz
