He understood how to assess the market and recommend and assist in what repairs needed to be done to achieve the maximum value for our home. When it came time to negotiate the sale of the home after receiving multiple offers Roddy clearly help identify the most qualified buyer that had the most probable chance of closing. We have now sold several investment properties thru Roddy and would not hesitate to use him again.
